Fraser Residence, in Prince of Wales Terrace just off Hyde Park, provides large one- to four-bedroom long-stay apartments in the heart of Kensington. The generous apartments have family-sized kitchens, well-proportioned bedrooms and generous living rooms, many of which have views over the park. The Baxter Studio team, with interior designers Dasha Design, worked on the phased refurbishment of the property to make the interior of the building match the grandeur of its Edwardian townhouse exterior. Baxter Studio managed the refurbishment of the kitchens, repairs to the windows, façades and bathrooms as well as collaborating to create a calming and contemporary interior design scheme.
